Beth Chamberlin first joined CBS’ daytime drama “Guiding Light” in 1989. She plays long-suffering heroine Beth Raines and Beth Raines’ occasional alter ego, Lorelei Hills.  Since starting Anthony’s kettlebell program, she has become an advocate for quick and effective fitness for busy women.  She is currently working on becoming a certified kettlebell trainer, and becoming a member of the prestigious National Strength and Conditioning Association.

Anthony Diluglio has been named one of America’s Top 100 trainers by Men’s Journal two years in a row (2004/2005).  He is one of the first trainers in America to be certified in the ancient art of kettlebell training.  His training techniques have been successful with athletes as well as housewives and desk-bound executives.  His programs have been adopted by: professional sports teams, firefighters and even the Special Forces soldiers on duty in Afghanistan and Iraq.  Anthony continues to develop new approaches to fitness training. Dr. Roy is a practicing Chiropractic Physician and Certified Industrial and Occupational Health Specialist.  He has fifteen years experience in active general practice and ten years experience as an independent fitness and health consultant to medium and large corporations in the New York City metropolitan area as well as in his general office practice.  He has lectured extensively on weight loss and nutrition to businesses and their employees.  He is a member in good standing of the National Strength and Conditioning Association.
