Hi!
As some of you know, I play Beth Raines on the CBS soap opera “Guiding Light”. As an actress, the pressure to look slim and fit is tremendous. Before I had a child, the time I had to spend working out was just part of the job. But once I became a mother, running a few miles everyday was a luxury I couldn’t afford. As a working mother, I wanted to spend my time off with my son. I just didn’t have the time to devote to staying fit. This was when I began to understand the busy woman’s dilemma: How to stay toned for myself, healthy for my family and not take time away from my son. Enter Anthony Diluglio’s kettlebell program.
You should know, I began the journey of producing the DVD The Kettlebell Way To Your Perfect Body and this site not because someone hired me but because working out with kettlebells gave me everything I was looking for - a cardio exercise for fat burning and strength training for muscle tone, all in a program that didn’t require 4-6 days a week of workouts. In fact, my body started changing dramatically in my first month of doing kettlebells just twice a week.
The book Perfect Body Made Simple describes a program I have long wanted to share with others. It represents all the wisdom that has allowed me to maintain my weight through the years, before kettlebells, without dieting. I’m not a dieter. In fact, tell me I can’t eat something and I will crave that very food so much that I will end up stuffing myself full of it. The idea behind Perfect Body Made Simple is not a diet, it is a way to live your life, enjoy real food and maintain your weight.
The combination of the principles in Perfect Body Made Simple and workout in The Kettlebell Way to Your Perfect Body will supercharge your transformation. So, get yourself out of guilt, drudgery and deprivation. Get yourself into enjoyment in your life, your workout and your meals.
Sincerely,
Beth Chamberlin
